What to Expect in This Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be closing high-ticket products and services, such as Murphy Doors and Beds, for a warm, ready-to-buy client base. Your goal will be to turn warm leads into lifelong customers through value-driven communication and exceptional service.
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $80,000–$140,000
- Year 2: $140,000–$200,000
- Year 3: $200,000–$300,000

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Ogden, UT.
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend availability for company events may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Call, manage, and close warm leads to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and communicate value
- Conduct product presentations and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and deal progress
- Participate in daily sales training and development to continuously improve skills
- Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture focused on growth
Qualifications
- 1 years of proven sales experience (inside sales or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Self-motivated, driven, and growth-minded
- Ability to work onsite in Ogden, UT, Monday through Friday
- Weekend availability when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screen per company policy
