Job Title: Irrigation Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Irrigation Service Technician to join our team at River Landing in Wallace, NC. As an integral member of our service crew, you will be responsible for repairing irrigation systems for commercial and residential landscape customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Functions:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for the service vehicle
- Schedule and monitor daily workloads to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company
- Production and Installation:
- Repair and install irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning
- Load and unload heavy equipment from the service vehicle
- Participate in crew and department meetings to discuss safety and general topics
- Operate company-owned vehicles safely, including trucks with or without trailers, and transport crew members as needed
- ADA Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and bend/stoop frequently
- Work in various weather conditions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate ability to wear protective gear, such as work boots, eye protection, and ear protection
- Hold a valid driver's license
