IT Support Technician – Level 1
Seeking immediate placement for a Level 1 IT Support Technician position. This position is a full time and on-site contract for 3–6 months (with possibility of extension) at a top Tech Company in Culver City.
You have a strong understanding of Apple products and programs, as well as the ability to disconnect, setup, configure workstations and implement scripts is necessary. You have some experience working in the tech industry. A healthy familiarity with the applications listed below is preferred.
- ARD
- Zendesk
- Oomitza
- Slack
- WebEx
- Excel
- AST 2
- Microsoft Remote Desktop
Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Disconnect/Reconnect workstations
- Display screen repairs and replacements
- Asset shipping and receiving
- Virtual or in-person new hire set-up/onboarding
- Employee offboarding and equipment recovery
- Re-imaging equipment
- Software updates, app installation, profile configuration, device information exportation
- Conference room set ups
- Remote asset management set-up, and troubleshooting
- Inventory management
Requirements:
- 1 year IT experience
- Communicative, professional, reliable
- Able to work well with a team
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, able to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, adaptable, patient, and customer service focused
