Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator & Erector – Full-Time
Location: Various Commercial and Industrial Job Sites
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly, Based on Experience

We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator & Erector to join a fast-paced team installing and fabricating structural components like stairs, handrails, ladders, gates, and other architectural metals. This is a full-time position with steady work and growth potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Fabricate steel and aluminum components according to shop drawings and specs
- Install miscellaneous metalwork including stairs, railings, ladders, and platforms
- Rig and place structural pieces using cranes, hoists, or lifts
- Operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other mechanical equipment safely
- Read and follow instructions from blueprints and site supervisors
- Ensure alignment, fit, and finish of all installed metal components
- Work in both field and shop settings across new construction and renovation projects
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and internal safety standards at all times
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 years of experience in miscellaneous metal fabrication and installation
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and job site specifications
- Welding certification is a plus, but not required
- Familiar with safe rigging practices and working at heights
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with metalworking tools
- Must be able to work independently or with a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to climb, bend, stretch, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable using hands and tools with precision
- Excellent vision required (corrective lenses acceptable)
- Capable of working in elevated positions and awkward spaces
Work Environment:
- Work will take place in both shop and field environments including new builds, active job sites, and occupied buildings
- Must be alert and safety-minded in all working conditions, including outdoors and variable weather
