What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Murray Animal Hospital?
Client Coordinator/Receptionist position requires you to interact with clients, schedule appointments, prepare files, collect payments, and be the front runner of our business. This person serves as the first contact for our clients, whether in person, or by phone. Having great communication skills is a big part of being successful in this position. This is a fast-paced job that requires multi-tasking and someone who is always willing to learn new things and adapt to change. You need to be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be comfortable handling cats and dogs. We are open Monday through Friday, 7-6 pm. We are closed on all major Holidays. Holidays include Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. Your schedule will be made based on the needs of our practice and will always be subject to change. This is not a remote position and does require you to be present in the office.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Background check is required.
- Not a student position.
This position does require you to have reliable transportation to and from work.
