What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Murray Auto Electric?
We are currently seeking an individual with a background in auto or truck service writing.
We have a need for a full time individual to join our team. We are a busy professional shop dealing in auto, truck and trailer repairs and servicing.
What we require of the candidate
Background in auto truck service but all backgrounds will be considered such as RV or upfitting of aftermarket goods.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills between customer and shop personal.
Must be computer literate and able to multitask multiple invoices and phone calls.
Able to order in and receive parts and post to appropriate job invoice.
Have excellent people skills as in greeting customers and answering phone calls.
assist mechanics with questions regarding needed work and gather parts needed to help in completion of jobs.
Ability to close out invoices and handle cash and credit card sales.
