Service Writer wanted.
Are you the individual we are looking for to work as a service advisor in our busy shop. Do you like meeting and greeting customers? Are you motivated and driven to succeed?
We are looking for an individual to do these things:
Greet customers in person and by phone assisting with their needs, and scheduling their cars for appointments
You will communicate between customers and mechanics to assist them in successful completion of work being performed.
Must like talking with people as sometimes you are first contact for greeting people in a pleasant and professional manner.
You will have knowledge and understand vehicles and the vehicle repair process.(either prior experience as mechanic or parts sales).
Must be detail orientated and able to multi task.
Use a computer and company software to accomplish tasks.
Must have Pa drivers license and acceptable driving history.
Must provide references and pass background check.
