What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer/ Customer Contact Person position at Murray Auto Electric?
We are an automotive, truck, and commercial shop looking for a person with a strong automotive background to assist our customers by understanding their requirements and concerns and matching those to our various service or repair options. You will be the person scheduling the service and repair and explaining each to the customer. Helping the customer be comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle is essential. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication, efficiency, and organization are imperative.
