Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will assist project managers and accounting manager with their day-to-day duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Managers with day-to-day tasks. Filing, material procurement, billing, shop drawings etc....
· Assist Accounting Manager with filing, accounts payable/receivable, release of liens, billings, ect...
· Answers phone calls
· Open/sort mail
· Perform projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Familiar with Construction type work and workers.
· Great customer service skills
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
· Bookkeeping skills with knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
· Very detail oriented and organized
