Responsibilities :
Research all customer questions, requests, issues, and complaints as they are submitted and provide documentation and proposed resolutions to the Customer Service team.Responsible for responding to inquiries from customers on order tracking and product availability for the customer service team.Prepare all department reports, including customer order status, customer allocation / production, KPIs, and Ad-Hoc Reporting (Lead time, sales reports, and Statement of Demand).Manage and organize customer service documentation by uploading and maintaining records, ensuring accurate and timely backups of documents, and maintaining organized files for easy retrieval.Provide customer service and account maintenance to entry-level accounts.Review billing errors and submit for processing.Process all Order Entry and partner with the Customer Service team to revise orders when needed.Coordinate bookings / spacing requirements with sales support teams.Special Projects as directed, including Apprise reconcile / cleanup, SEMA preparation.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Requirements :
