Responsibilities :
Oversee all banking for 25 entities; work with bankers, treasury management and private wealth group for all financing, mortgages, floor plans, letter of credits, lines of credit.
Check signer, wires approvals, ACH, and backup signer for all dealerships.
Equity accounts, positive pay, GMEI annual renewals.
Negotiate and secure all insurance for all companies and personal holdings – garage keepers, open lot, vehicle inventory, homeowners, worker’s compensation, cyber, EPL.
Work with Risk Managers for all compliance; demo / fleet insurance cards and unauthorized driver policy.
Responsible for partnership agreements : Amendments, Board Consents, Valuations / Appraisals, Member / Managers Documents, Buy Sell Assist for all legal and acctg. needed
Manage Legal issues – large claims, lawsuits, EPL.
Perform annual property tax review on appraisals and protests.
Perform Annual Split Dollar Policy review – paying premium and calculating interest owed by policy owners.
Conduct Monthly Meetings on Bank / Investment Analysis with CPA firm and Owners for all investments, banking, trust accounts.
Work with CPA firm for tax preparation, K-1, General Ledger, expenses, 1099s, tax payments and compilation for financial statement for owners and bankers.
Manage leases for all properties, renewal, payments and triple net leases.
Perform offshore monthly review.
Report Beneficial Owners as changes warrant.
Responsible for Annual PCORI Fees and reporting; 1099 filings, 1095 and 1096 contracts for all dealerships.
Manage quarterly floor plan audits from floor plan carrier.
Responsible for Handbook and Orientation package materials, PPE, accident investigations updated as needed.
Daily review all expenses, deposits for various entities and check signing as needed.
