A well-established, family-owned company in Kingwood is seeking an Office Clerk to assist with order entry, customer service and various other tasks.
Location : Kingwood, TX 77339
Pay : $18-20 / hr DOE
Type : Temp / 20-30 hours a week
Responsibilities :
Receive orders via web system and input into system.
Follow up with divisions and warehouse on order shipments and issues.
Data entry into MS Excel sheets.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Update office SOPs.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
2 years of clerical experience within an office environment
Working experience in MS Office (Excel)
Type a minimum of 50 WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $18 - $20
