Responsibilities :
Assist in implementing efficient vehicle preparation and delivery processes.Support the analysis of operational trends to optimize workflows.Work closely with logistics teams to align operational activities.Ensure high-quality standards in vehicle inspections and preparation.Assist in managing client expectations for vehicle delivery and logistics timelines.Provide guidance and support to team members during daily operations.Participate in training sessions to enhance operational efficiency and knowledge.Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and flatbed kits.Assist in vehicle testing and ensure smooth logistics scheduling.Collect and report client feedback on vehicle readiness and delivery timelines.Suggest process improvements for operational excellence.Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to meet operational objectives.Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.Prepare reports on inventory and logistics performance.Assist in analyzing operations data to identify trends and opportunities.Contribute to operational goal-setting processes.Support the implementation of strategies to achieve operational efficiency.Requirements :
