Oracle Implementation Specialist

Job Description

An industry leader is seeking an Oracle Implementation Specialist to lead the migration and optimization of the company's Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, data migration, and HR process integration. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance system functionality by managing configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and streamlining HR operations.

Pay Rate : Depends on Experience

Type of Position : Contract

Responsibilities :

• Help Migrate our Human Capital Management System (People Pro / Kronos WFR) to the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud product. Develop and test data feeds between Oracle and existing software products used for HR processes.
• Support all aspects of Oracle HCM, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation and deployment. Understand company needs and work to meet those needs through feeds and standard processes including compensation management, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, hire to retire lifecycle, etc.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to simultaneously manage numerous projects and processes, often under tight deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
