Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and support the distribution of finished goods from dispatch by :Identifying on-time delivery requirements.Customer delivery requirements.Reporting on-time delivery outcomes.Pull part requests from service and production technicians.Collect and close completed orders from production.Generate packing lists and certification.Generate the shipping documentation for the Export and Compliance Specialist.Support distribution activities such as packing and forklift requirements.Deputize for the Production Supervisor when absent.Follow all company safety policies and procedures and organizes work areas for efficiency and safety.Provides status reports to management as required.Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED with three plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceLimited supervisory experience preferredExperience with a computerized dispatch records system preferredExperience with UPS and FedEx shipping terminals requiredQualified forklift driver advantageousPC computer familiarityDemonstrated effective communication skills : written oral and inter-personal skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions, and shifting prioritiesAbility to rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsBe organized and efficientAbility to communicate fluently in EnglishDemonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline traitsOther :
