- Execute vehicle inspection schedules and repair plans.
- Support the development of cost-effective technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
- Address maintenance concerns in collaboration with workshops and vendors.
- Provide guidance to the team regarding technical details of the fleet.
- Support team training on technical processes and safety protocols.
- Track the inventory of maintenance tools and parts.
- Monitor repairs performed by partners, evaluate the outcome and provide feedback.
- Recommend improvements for maintenance operations.
- Liaise with workshops to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and costs.
- Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency.
- Set technical objectives aligned with operational needs.
- Implement strategies to enhance vehicle readiness.
- Strong mechanical background with truck and trailer systems
- Diesel Engine Mechanic
- CDL license is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
