What You’ll Do
- Operational Leadership:
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely, high-quality repairs.
- Implement CARSTAR’s EDGE Performance platform for process improvement.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of technicians, estimators, and administrative staff.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Guide and support department leads, focusing on leadership and team development.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial estimate to vehicle delivery.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee shop budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Sales and Growth:
- Develop strategies to grow the business, including marketing and insurance partnerships.
- Maintain compliance and strong relationships with DRPs and insurance providers.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings.
- Performance Management:
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 5 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years in an operations leadership role.
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
- Auto Body Industry experience preferred
- Skills:
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and analyze KPIs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Certifications:
- I-CAR certification preferred.
- CCC experience preferred.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday.
