Job Summary
A Murray's parts sales associate is responsible for ensuring that all Murray's customers are helped with respect and courtesy. Whether answering the phone or assisting a customer in person, the highest level of customer courtesy and professionalism is what sets Murray's Parts City apart from the competition.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with the highest level of professionalism and customer courtesy
Assist customers in person with looking up, ordering, and processing part sales
Various automotive related customer courtesy tasks - battery replacement, wiper blade replacement, etc.
Restocking shelves, loading and unloading trucks
Requirements
Must be available 5 days a week during open hours
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift
Willingness to learn - the auto industry is constantly changing
