Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to delivering top-quality service. You’ll assist in managing day-to-day operations, support project oversight, and ensure team coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily workflows across contents, art, electronics, and textile departments
- Coordinate and track restoration projects from intake through completion
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards on all jobs
- Supervise team members and provide guidance, training, and support
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, equipment management, and reporting
- Participate in on-site evaluations and inspections when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience in restoration, logistics, or project management is great, but not required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience a strong plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to learn and use industry specific software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work in warehouse or field environments when needed
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for customer satisfaction
