HVAC Service Dispatcher/Billing Specialist

Large Paducah based Mechanical & HVAC Contractor is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher/Service Coordinator/Biller. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle customer service calls and billing inquiries in a professional manner.

Job Description

· Manage incoming phone calls from current and new customers

· Assist with dispatching calls and communicating with service technicians

· Accounts payable functions; processing invoices

· Organize and manage collection calls with receivables

· Transpose manual field service tickets to ERP, then review digital service tickets for billing

· Process weekly payroll with digital timesheets and job costing

· Potential equipment registration and support PO function with Operations

· Maintain an organized and process driven office environment

· Other assigned duties as directed by management

Qualifications

· Customer Service Experience required (preferably in the HVAC industry)

· ComputerEase/FieldEase (Construction specific software) a plus

· 2 years or more of HVAC dispatching

· Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

· Must be detailed oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills

· Must be a team player, self-starter and results oriented with little supervision

· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude

· Be able to work in a team environment

· High integrity with advanced social skills

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Salary negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
