About the Role :
As an Immigration / Deportation Defense Attorney at Musa-Obregon Law PC, you will :
- Represent clients in deportation and removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to immigration law, including asylum, withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, and other forms of relief.
- Prepare and file legal briefs, motions, and other documents with the immigration courts and agencies.
- Represent clients at hearings and trials, advocating zealously on their behalf.
- Advise clients on all aspects of immigration law, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
- Manage a caseload effectively and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal representation.
