Position / Specialty : OR CST
8 week contract
Will work 4x10s, Days, 6 : 30a-5p, holiday rotation
One working weekend shift every 4 weeks
On-call required : yes, up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks
Will float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities : yes
Job Requirements
2 years of experience required
First-timers accepted
Certifications required : NBSTSA, BLS
Radiation Badge required : Yes, must be provided by agency
Trauma Level required : Level 1 trauma
Schedule Information
Requires managers approval upon request for block schedule
Local Radius : 60 miles
Locals Accepted : Yes, considered on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
All RTO must be included at time of submission

Scrub Color : Provided
Charting : EPIC
Parking Cost : $20 registration fee for a hang tag
Additional Details
