Job Requirements Years of experience REQ : 2 years License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS Previous Charge Experience, Epic Experience Required Schedule Information Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
