The applications include Hyland Onbase, Opentext Rightfax, Solarity, Formfast, 3M Coding, and others. This particular position will focus on Hyland Onbase application. The applicant would help with upgrades and maintenance of this system. Helpful skills are Onbase administration, database administration, SQL, server SSL certification maintenance. The position does participate in call rotation. The position may have remote work options.

Additional Job Description
Required Education / Skills / Work Experience :
A high school diploma and four years directly related experience; or a bachelor's degree and two years directly related experience required or a Masters' Degree in a related field. Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
