Job Summary
The Clinical Finance Coordinator will oversee the process of providing accurate and timely data to the appropriate entities involved in the Prospective Payment System for Medicare patients. This position requires clinical skills and finance knowledge to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines. The coordinator will oversee all aspects of data collection on the IRF PAI, ensure the presence of supporting documentation, and provide staff education to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines. The coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring patient charts for correct coding, electronically transmitting data in a timely manner, and communicating with a multidisciplinary team to create and carry out patient treatment plans.

Requirements
- Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
- At least one year of clinical experience as a staff nurse
- Previous clerical training is preferred
- License to practice in the State of South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement
- CRRN Preferred
