Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Current LPN license in the applicable state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience working in a team environment; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Patient Assessment and Care: Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist the RN and/or provider in patient assessment and care planning.
Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assisting with Procedures: Assist healthcare providers during examinations and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
