The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with data collection, formulation of plans for patient care, and participating in evaluation of outcomes of nursing actions. They will also work collaboratively with the medical staff to prepare, examine, and perform procedures, and document all patient care delivered in the medical record according to policy.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
