Summary:
Responsible for cleaning tables, empty trash, maintain clean bus carts, restocking condiments, clean plates, silverware and glassware, stocking/maintaining bars and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide quick, friendly professional service to all casino guests and staff.
2. Clear and wipe off tables, chairs, counters and surrounding area.
3. Removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished.
4. Assists with set up and breaks down dining room for each shift.
5. Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
6. Performs all opening and closing side work as required.
7. Represent self as a credit to MNGE by promoting an environment of outstanding customer service.
8. Assist food servers when needed.
9. Assist in keeping the assigned food venue clean.
10. Maintain a current food handler card and liquor license.
11. Available to work during peak periods, when needed.
12. Communicates clearly with all internal/external guests.
13. Responsible for maintaining bar/beverage stations PAR levels, to include but not limited to glassware, paper products, and as specified by management.
14. Help out in secondary positions as needed, Food Server or Cashier per business needs.
15. Additional duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION
Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous experience required
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.
