Muscular Moving Men & M3 Commercial is seeking individuals to join one of the fastest-growing teams in Arizona as a Mover Athlete. Being Muscular involves training your brain just as much as your actual muscles! Here, you'll learn new skills, earn commissions, deliver excellent customer service, and receive tips. There's more! We have a gym on-site, available for you to use before and after shift, or even when you aren't scheduled!
Schedule
Open availability will be given first priority, move schedules occur Monday through Saturday with variability between 7 AM to 6 PM most days. Daily jobs can last anywhere from a couple hours to as many as 12 or more hours. You will be notified of upcoming shifts as soon as practical.
Pay Rate
Pay starts at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Commercial Mover Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safe move during packing and transport of our commercial customer's belongings ranging from fragile, large, heavy, and awkward
- Review work orders and customer special requests with the client to ensure a smooth move
- Assembly and disassembly of our customer's belongings
- Organize, prepare, and clean the moving truck or van after a move
- Ensure no items are missing with coworkers and our customer
- Being a team player, arriving on time, coordinating with your moving team, and supporting your move supervisor
- Ability to work both residential jobs along with commercial jobs
- Special Note : Mover Athletes are required to own an industrial hand truck and toolbox with all tools as a requirement of the position. Tools, toolbox, and industrial hand truck with lock are available for purchase through our Lease-to-Own program (low-cost payroll deduction), if selected for the role. You may also supply your own, subject to approval from Operations.
