You get paid from the moment you clock in at our warehouse until you clock out once the job is done.Base Pay : Start at $17 / hour, with potential to earn up to $21 / hour based on your experience (interested in becoming a driver? Flexible Availability : Moves are scheduled Monday through Saturday, usually from 7 AM to 6 PM, with variations.Peak Season : Prepare to work every Saturday during our busiest time of the year, usually in the summer.Job Length : Your workday could range from a few hours to over 12 hours, and you get paid overtime if you work more than 40 hours per week.Your Key Responsibilities :
Safe Moves : Prep, pack, and transport customer belongings-fragile, large, heavy, and awkward items.Customer Service : Provide top-notch customer service by reviewing work orders and special requests with clients to ensure a smooth, white-glove moving experience.Truck Prep : Organize, clean, and prep the moving truck or van before and after each move.Teamwork : Show up on time (if you're on time, you're late), in proper uniform , ready to go. Coordinate with your team and support your crew lead.Gear Up : You'll need an industrial hand truck and toolbox. Buy these through our Lease-to-Own program or bring your own with approval.What We're Looking For :
No Experience Needed : You bring the muscles, and we'll train you to be the ultimate definition of a top-notch Mover Athlete.Age Requirement : If you're 16 years or older, we'd love for you to join our team!Driver's License : Drivers must have a valid, unexpired, driver's license. Don't have one? You'll still need a valid ID to work with us as a mover.Physical Ability : Show off your strength by lifting and carrying at least 75 pounds solo, and team up to handle 150 pounds!Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills are essential-after all, we're one of the top-rated moving companies in Arizona and across the US!Reliability : Being on time is crucial-winning as a team starts with punctuality.Why You'll Love Working Here :
