- Scheduling: Are you a hard worker? Then you'll thrive here Our top-notch mover athletes earn more hours-it's that simple!
- Movers and Drivers: We have positions available for both-don't just flex your muscles, put them to work and build a career you can be proud of!
- Port-to-Port Pay: No more getting shortchanged on travel time. You get paid from the moment you clock in at our warehouse until you clock out once the job is done.
- Base Pay: Start at $17/hour, with potential to earn up to $21/hour based on your experience (interested in becoming a driver? We pay more for that too!).

- On-Site Gym: Use our gym before or after your shift, or on days you're off. Get fit while you work!
- Paid Training: Learn safe lifting, packing, and driving techniques. We've got your back!
- Flexible Availability: Moves are scheduled Monday through Saturday, usually from 7 AM to 6 PM, with variations.
- Peak Season: Prepare to work every Saturday during our busiest time of the year, usually in the summer.
- Job Length: Your workday could range from a few hours to over 12 hours, and you get paid overtime if you work more than 40 hours per week.
- Safe Moves: Prep, pack, and transport customer belongings-fragile, large, heavy, and awkward items.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by reviewing work orders and special requests with clients to ensure a smooth, white-glove moving experience.
- Truck Prep: Organize, clean, and prep the moving truck or van before and after each move.
- Teamwork: Show up on time (if you're on time, you're late), in proper uniform, ready to go. Coordinate with your team and support your crew lead.
- Gear Up: You'll need an industrial hand truck and toolbox. Buy these through our Lease-to-Own program or bring your own with approval.
- No Experience Needed: You bring the muscles, and we'll train you to be the ultimate definition of a top-notch Mover Athlete.
- Age Requirement: If you're 16 years or older, we'd love for you to join our team!
- Driver's License: Drivers must have a valid, unexpired, driver's license. Don't have one? You'll still need a valid ID to work with us as a mover.
- Physical Ability: Show off your strength by lifting and carrying at least 75 pounds solo, and team up to handle 150 pounds!
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are essential-after all, we're one of the top-rated moving companies in Arizona and across the US!
