Muscular Moving Men is seeking an AM Warehouse Associate to join one of the fastest-growing teams in Arizona! As a member of the warehouse team, you'll help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse during the morning and early afternoon hours. From verifying customer shipments to preparing storage jobs, there's plenty of room to grow with us. We believe in training the brain just as much as the muscles, and our warehouse team is critical in delivering great service and supporting daily operations!
AM Warehouse Associate Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify customers during cross-loading and print corresponding tags for vaults and oversized items.
- Tag incoming vaults and oversized items, ensuring proper placement in designated warehouse areas.
- Collaborate with your team to prepare trucks and inventory for upcoming storage jobs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and organizing warehouse materials.
- Conduct truck inspections and ensure trucks are outfitted properly for the next day's jobs.
- Assist with warehouse and field team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Complete morning reports and provide the Warehouse Manager with updates.
- Assist with the organization and storage of vaults, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and tagging.
AM Warehouse Associate Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience or similar operational roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and manage a small team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to oversee inventory management.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one required.
- Driver's license required
- Ability to operate a 26' box truck (DOT medical card) preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds by yourself and 150 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a proactive approach.

Schedule
The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. The shift begins at 6:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM, or when the job is done.
Pay Rate
The pay rate for this position ranges between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
