MOSI's Summer Science Camps' goal is to have fun while inspiring and enhancing curious minds. Creativity, imagination, and hands-on learning are keys to MOSI's summer science camps. Summer Science Camp instructors are experienced, energetic and creative in developing educational experiences for children completed grades Pre-K - 11th Grade. MOSI's summer camps offers weekly camps in a variety of areas from chemistry to robotics to marine biology. Our camps take place in classroom, laboratory, and outdoor settings. Function : Develop and deliver curriculum for our campers to be learning, making, tinkering and exploring STEAM content through a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with MOSI staff and outside experts to create and deliver camp programming.
- Integrate science, math, engineering, art, and / or technology into camps.
- Create age-appropriate curriculum for camp that incorporate critical thinking, problem solving and scientific methodology.
- Participate in mandatory instructor training and orientation (May 10th)
- Greet parents and students in a friendly and energetic manner.
- Commitment to the philosophy and mission of MOSI.

Instructors will be paid $650 / week when teaching a full 5-day camp
Benefits :
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
