What You'll Accomplish
- Support a small, dexterous team in the production of a dynamic array of programming and events that fuse STEM with art, culture, and humanities, through collaborations with scientists, artists, thought leaders, and community builders, in order to provide one-of-a-kind nightlife experiences for diverse, 18 adult audiences in Greater Boston and beyond.
- Assist in on-going event logistics preparation, communications, and meetings, as well as night-of event production setups, tech checks, and front of house/guest service.
- Promote upcoming events through the maintenance of external calendar listings, the cultivation of relevant direct email outreach contacts, and aiding in the coordination of direct email campaigns as well as social media scheduling, assets, copy, and partner handles for paid social ads and organic posts.
