In this role, you will lead the execution of Diversity Health and client marketing programs and campaigns (such as digital, TV, radio, outdoor, print, video production, sponsorships, etc.), customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing materials (such as brochures, signage, flyers, digital forms for events).
We’re looking for someone excited to take ownership, build plans, and show with data the success of the marketing operation. Your role is critical to the mission of our clients, as they grow and retain their respective patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategies for lead generation and patient acquisition for our clients in Tennessee and Kentucky across paid social, paid search, programmatic, direct buys with publishers, and other media channels
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase new patient and client appointments, engagement, and retention by managing timelines, setting deadlines, creating marketing collateral (e.g. pamphlets, social media posts, digital media), and regularly reporting status updates to leadership
- Manage media buying initiatives to drive growth year-over-year in alignment with overall mission and organizational goals.
- Lead web updates management by partnering with internal and external teams, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of web development
- Suggest improvements to media buying practices or strategies, marketing campaigns, social media use, events, patient or volunteer drives, and branding based on the performance of our marketing and our past goal achievement.
- Optimize adherence to marketing processes / workflows and identify gaps or improvements needed in workflows
- Collaborate closely with and incorporate input from others, internally and externally, to ensure timely creation and deployment of assets within set parameters and constraints.
- Manage the brand voice for the organization and educate others to promote alignment.
- Review the budget and budget ledger and make decisions regarding event- and marketing-related purchases.
- Guide segmentation and audience development across channels, including geographical targets, client attributes, and other specific target markets for branded advertising and development campaigns
- Contribute to various projects, programs, and events that enhance the footprint of our clients in their markets, achieving patient / public education and outreach goals.
- Work with other internal stakeholders to manage communications, scheduling, planning, and execution of organizational events (e.g., patient drives, festival booths, and other volunteer events).
- Create, publish, and manage client event calendars.
- Maintain clients’ phone trees and automated systems, as necessary.
- Maximize the clinic’s AV content by creating, scheduling, and getting stakeholder input for what to advertise / communicate.
- Productize new and existing Diversity Health services to meet and generate customer demand.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as invoicing, billing and tracking expenses.
