Musica Sacra, a vibrant young parish in northwest Houston, is seeking a highly skilled professional organist to join its dynamic music ministry As principal organist you will play a key role in shaping the musical identity of our community We are looking for someone with a strong background in organ performance and a deep understanding of Roman Catholic liturgy
This is a part-time position averaging around 10 hours of work per week You will accompany three Sunday morning Masses and two mid-week choir rehearsals as well as provide music for special events such as weddings and funerals Remuneration will be based on AGO salary guidelines for 1⁄4-time employees
