We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical & Administrative Manager to oversee and integrate financial systems, internet applications, development systems, and graphic design to enhance MAP’s operations and mission delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Administrative Systems Management
- Oversee and maintain all financial, CRM, and fundraising platforms (QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar).
- Manage cloud-based applications and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Trello).
- Implement and monitor donor and development systems to optimize fundraising and grant management.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and backup protocols for all digital assets.

In pursuit of our mission, MAP proudly works with the Inglewood School District to bring 14 disciplines of orchestral music education to 10 Inglewood School sites, serving over 1040 students from TK-High School. Additional programs include Jazz, Big Band, Guitar and Choir. Programs align with CA VAPA standards. This position is a year round position that follows the public school calendar.
MAP concentrates the talents of composers, filmmakers, musicians, educators, and historians to deliver life-changing opportunities for students across Southern California. Committed to teaching music in a diverse society to students regardless of individual difference or ability, MAP mentors believe that all children deserve to have rich and diverse musical experiences.
Each season, MAP leaders meet with school administrators, teachers and parents to customize a series of sequential workshops (aligned with VAPA standards) culminating in a live and virtual concert program. The mentors provide one-on-one and small group coaching and technical instruction to students to prepare them for the audition process, rehearsal life and ultimately, live performance. The program is offered tuition free to marginalized youth, their teachers and the specific communities they live in. MAP’s Social Justice initiative supports students of color, students learning English, and students from low income families who continue to face inequitable opportunities in their schools.
