Responsibilities:
- Assist the principal in administering, managing, and supervising the operation of the school in compliance with the Board of Education's policies and at the direction of the Superintendent or designee.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective educational programs
- Support the principal in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage student discipline and behavior management
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
- Collaborate with parents and community members to foster strong relationships
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the school
Qualifications/Experience:
-Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in education, supervision and management, school administration, or related fields . Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong background in education administration and curriculum development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and supervise staff
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation
- Proven track record of senior leadership within an educational institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
