Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and over seeing service operations. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Diagnose problems and develop effective solutions
- Utilize technical knowledge to over see techs and performance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service performed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and prioritize tasks
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance techniques
- Experience in vehicle mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
