Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and support to supervisors and all members of the service team
Foster a cohesive team effort between Manufacturing/Engine Rebuild and all other internal departments
Profitable operations of manufacturing
Expense control and asset utilization

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industry related field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Extensive familiarity with service department operations
Experience with successful people management
Ability to foster and grow a team
Knowledge of Caterpillar data systems including SIS and BDS
Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
