Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and support to supervisors and all members of the service team
• Foster a cohesive team effort between Manufacturing/Engine Rebuild and all other internal departments
• Profitable operations of manufacturing

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industry related field
• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Extensive familiarity with service department operations
• Experience with successful people management
• Ability to foster and grow a team
• Knowledge of Caterpillar data systems including SIS and BDS
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
• Multi-task and prioritize competing work demands
