Base Salary Commission
Located in Missouri City
As the Rental Inside Sales Representative, you will provide support for all areas of the location's operations by coordinating equipment rental orders - from the initial customer call to delivery to the job site, return from rental, and finally, rental billing.Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
Primary customer contact at the branch facility in Missouri City, Texas
Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs
Assist Outside Sales Representatives in completing rental orders
Dispatch haul truck drivers
Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders
Inside Sales Representative Position Requirements:
College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Strongly Preferred Experience:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of CAT equipment
Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
