Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients by phone, email, or in person
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and supply inventory
- Process client payments and assist with invoicing
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and promptly
- Provide administrative support to department leads
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
- Work independently while supporting a collaborative, multi-department team
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with computers and office software (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn insurance processestraining provided
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
