POSITION OVERVIEW…
- Job Title: Preschool Assistant Director
- Reports To: Center Director
- Job Classification: Full-time Employee, Non-Exempt
- Requirements: Level ll Background Screen
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS…
- Ability to relate positively with young children, staff, and parents
- Previous teaching or administrative experience in a child care facility
- Excellent communication skills
- DCF 45 hours or CDA
- Directors Credential
- First Aid/CPR Training
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…
- Working side by side with Directors on various administrative tasks
- Being a role model and a leader to the school
- Building relationships and communicating with families on a daily basis
- Creating and implementing systems for smooth child care operations
