Job Title : HR Management Systems Analyst
Department : Operations / HR
Reports to : Human Resources Director
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt, Full Time
Wages Range : $27.88 to $28.85 per hour (Annual Salary equivalent $58,000 to $60,000 per year)
HRMS Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's HRIS, HRMS and HRM and other systems and processes, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data within the systems to generate reports and insights to inform and support decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with other departments to optimize departmental functionality and implement updates or upgrades. This role will also assist in recruiting, compensation, benefits, leaves, onboarding and orientation, and other HR related duties as assigned.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain, updates and RFPs and implements as needed HRIS and applicable modules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Assists and is primarily back-up for Compensation, LOA, and Benefits sections
- Develops and provides training and other resources to learn and disseminate HR systems and processes to employees and managers
- Assist in onboarding new affiliates by uploading data and configuring system access
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
- Audits and tests systems for integrity, corrections and process improvements
- Generates template reports for all employee levels, processes and trains on same
- Creates, modifies and revises security levels to all HR systems and data
- Support data migration, APIs, carrier feeds and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems
- Collaborate within HR and Payroll, and all other departmental teams to ensure seamless HRMS operations
- Participate in initiatives and projects to upgrade, enhance, and implement digital solutions that deliver tools and information to managers, employees, and HR personnel.
- Assists talent acquisition and onboarding efforts
- Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
E ducation
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required
Experience
2 year (s) experience Paylocity with five (5) ADP systems experience, including : processing of payroll, benefits, recruiting, APIs, performance evaluations, reporting, migrations and implementations, and security settings.
Qualifications
Ability to navigate and manage HR systems and processes, work independently; and at expert level of MS Office products; must be detail oriented; effective and timely communicator; effective understanding of work order process management; ability to work on multiple projects.
