GENERAL FUNCTION
This position is responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual processing jobs.

Complete daily back office credit union functions including, but not limited to:
- ACH & Share Draft processing
- Dormant Account Monitoring and Escheatment
- Wire Transfer Processing
- Special Account Handling (IRAs, HSAs, Certificates, Employee Accts)
- Mobile Check Deposit Processing & Risk Mitigation
- Daily Report Monitoring and internal controls
- 3rd Party file transmissions
- Episys Batch jobs, including night time processing & end of year tax reporting
- Cash Orders
- SEG Payroll Posting

Maintain understanding of various systems used by Operations Department including, but not limited to:
- ARCU Reports
- Synergy Document & Report Imaging
- BancVue
- Ascensus
- iPay Master Site
- Synapsis
- BIT
- Act as resource and provide internal support for specialty items including, but not limited to:
- IRAs
- HSAs
- Dormant Accounts
- Adjustments

Overdraft Program
- Responsible for escalating issues, when appropriate.
- For the purpose of maintaining Credit Union goals, it is the responsibility of each employee to strive for the continuous quality improvement of processes and quality of service to internal and external customers.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to: The Bank Secrecy Act, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); Uniform Commercial Code (UCC); Federal Reserve Bank; and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 5 years of bank operations experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Regulations D, E, CC, DD and related regulations.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented in interpreting, analyzing, monitoring and reporting information.
- Ability to effectively complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and other software programs as required.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABILITIES
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
- Sitting the majority of the time.
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 10 pounds.
- Occasional bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, reaching above, at or below shoulder level, and kneeling.
- Ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and resolve conflict.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, to gain new skills and knowledge, and to give, receive, and analyze information.
