What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Compliance Technician position at MVI Field Services?
MVI Field Services provides professional services to major oil companies and sole proprietors throughout the United States. We are currently hiring for a Field Compliance Inspector. The Field Compliance Inspector will have a route to complete monthly inspections and services at gas stations.
We are looking for people who:
- Can travel within a given area, which will include overnight hotel stays.
- Has a valid driver’s license and can maintain a company vehicle.
- Can lift up to 70lbs as well as bend, kneel, and stoop frequently.
- Can work independently and are a self-starter.
- Have a basic knowledge of Android devices.
- Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment.
Field Compliance Inspector duties:
- Conduct inspections of underground storage tank components and fueling equipment. This inspection is NOT completed underground for it is an above ground inspection.
- Complete a monthly route in the required time frame.
- Develop a working knowledge of client Underground Storage Tank Systems components.
Before consideration, the applicant must be able to pass a thorough background and driving record check (no DUI’s/OWI’s or major traffic violations), as well as drug screening and a complete physical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
