Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by engaging guests and promoting private dances, VIP packages, and bottle service
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat visits and maximize revenue
- Educate guests on VIP offerings and guide them toward premium experiences
- Work closely with entertainers and management to strategize and optimize sales opportunities
- Track sales performance and continuously seek ways to improve results
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an upscale, welcoming experience
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in nightlife, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar high-end service industry
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment
- Outgoing, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be competitive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a polished image
- Must be at least 21 years old
