The facility is known for its exceptional care, evidenced by a 5-star rating and deficiency-free survey results, and offers a broad range of clinical programs designed to enhance resident outcomes. This dynamic leadership role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations in a facility with a proven track record of excellence, including a 5-star rating and deficiency-free survey results.
- Quality & Performance Improvement : Design, implement, and sustain robust Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to drive measurable gains in resident care.
- Staff Management & Development : Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the facility meets or exceeds all state and federal regulatory requirements. Oversee preparation for annual surveys and manage audit responses.
- Strategic Planning & Marketing : Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategies that enhance census quality and market positioning.
