Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Keep the dish area clean and efficient by washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure all items are sanitized and ready to support kitchen and bar needs.
- Barback Support: Help bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages, cleaning bar surfaces, and maintaining a well-stocked bar during service.
- Food Running: Deliver food orders to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring guests enjoy hot, fresh meals. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to streamline order delivery.
- Front of House Assistance: Jump in during busy periods to clear tables, reset tables, refill water or condiments, and assist servers and hosts to enhance the guest experience.
- General Support: Lend a hand wherever needed, including light cleaning (e.g., wiping surfaces, sweeping floors) and completing side work to maintain a seamless operation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Availability: Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover shifts during peak hours (e.g., evenings, game nights, or special events).
