The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and well-organized course environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in the golf or hospitality industry. / p\n\npstrongResponsibilities : / strong / p\n\nul\n\tliGreet and assist golfers in the pro shop, on the course, and during events. / li\n\tliProvide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. / li\n\tliHelp golfers with equipment rentals, tee time bookings, and general inquiries. / li\n\tliAssist the Director of Golf with golf lessons, clinics, and group programs for players of all skill levels at the discretion of the D.O.I. / li\n\tliMonitor the course and enforce golf rules and etiquette to maintain a positive experience for all players. / li\n\tliAssist the Director of Tournaments with golf tournaments, events, and outings, providing support as needed. / li\n\tliHelp manage the day-to-day operations of the pro shop, including inventory, merchandising, and sales. / li\n\tliEnsure the shop is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Assist with retail sales, promotions, and customer transactions at the discretion of the Merchandiser. / li\n\tliCoordinate with the Systems Manager to ensure there is congruency between Sonoma Ranch amp; Red Hawk with all operations, training, and services. / li\n\tliAssist with the promotion of golf programs and events.
Help maintain social media and marketing efforts to attract new players and enhance the courses visibility. / li\n\tliProvide administrative support to the Head Golf Professional, including scheduling, record-keeping, and report generation. Handle phone calls, emails, and bookings as necessary. / li\n\tliCollaborate with the course maintenance team to ensure the course is in top condition for play. / li\n\tliHelp monitor course conditions, pace of play, and player behavior to ensure a positive golfing experience. / li\n / ul Pay Range : - per_hour, General Benefits :
